The Sloth Trot encourages and celebrates your health journey, as you continue working toward your personal fitness goals with the support of the running community. Participating in a virtual race is a great way to motivate each other and hold each other accountable. This also encourages you to get active and enjoy time outdoors, while still respecting physical distancing.
Run (or walk) your chosen distance, at your own pace, whenever and wherever you’d like. The focus of this event is not largely on competition, rather on encouraging one another to continue to move and take care of ourselves, in whatever way that looks like for you. You can run, walk, jog, skip, stop and smell flowers — it’s all good! Encourage your friends to sign up with you as a team, agree on a time to run and then share your success with one another in the official Facebook group.
