Each fall/winter, we hold a bookmark contest for grades K – 12 to design the library’s bookmarks for the following year. The theme matches the national, upcoming Summer Reading Program. For 2020, the theme is “Imagine Your Story” and focuses on mythology and fantasy from around the world. Bookmark designs should be inspired by this theme OR focus on reading or libraries.
Grab a printable form either in person at the library or on our website. Many library staff in Springfield Public School will use this as an activity around the holidays, but we encourage all kids to participate! We do ask that participants limit themselves to one entry, per year.
You do not need a Springfield Library Card or be a Springfield Public Schools student to enter this contest. We only ask that you do your best and follow the theme(s).
Questions? Contact Librarian Taylor at 541-726-2243 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
ENTRIES ARE DUE by 5:00pm on TUESDAY, DECEMBER 31st.
